When it comes to human resources management, the first thing that comes to mind is the recruitment departments of companies. Considering that the first contact with a company is through the human resources department, this is quite normal.

The human resources department first contacts company employees during the interview process. It is a part of human resources management to prepare a job advertisement considering the needs of the business and the relevant position, then evaluate the applications and select the most suitable person for the job description among the candidates.

On the other hand, human resource management encompasses much more than the recruitment process. Many issues such as preparing payrolls of employees, regulating their personal rights, making the working environment suitable, evaluating their performance, planning their paid/unpaid leave, and providing the training they need fall within the scope of human resources management.
